| Should we make the use of drugs
as a crime or as a credit point an individual should manage himself?
Addiction is a kind of disease like mental problems. We must have a policy
of tolerance and control in combination. For the hopeless, a cheaper legal
access under the credit record control can reduce crimes in trafficking
drugs and funding the use of drugs. For the struggling, they should be
given a chance to win. For the junior, they should be educated. So a
system of drug policy is needed rather than a simple for-all-case
legislation.
